Tourist tax (euro 1,50), drinks and pizzeria excluded.

Entrance time, the rooms are available to customers from 11.00 onwards. Maximum check-in by 11.00 pm

Room release by 10.30am on the day of departure

All meals are served buffet style. **

WE GUARANTEE ALL GUESTS AN UMBRELLA ON OUR PRIVATE BEACH, the first row is only on RESERVATION and for a fee, the rest of the rows are free.

Any services not used (meals included) are non-refundable.

In case of early departure (for any reason) payment of the "room" is required for the entire booked period excluding meals.


WE NOTE  that the dog accompanying the guest, by municipal ordinance, cannot access the beach, and cannot access the private beach of the hotels, CAN ACCESS the special bau-beach area located approximately 2 km from the hotel.
We only accept small and medium-sized dogs (max 15kg) and a daily cleaning fee is required.

At the time of booking a deposit is required, which will be retained in the event of cancellations made within 8 days prior to arrival. No deposit for online bookings

** In the event of there not being a sufficient number of guests for a buffet service, courses from the menu with table service will be offered.
* In the children's buffet meat broths, vegetable soups, meat and/or fish smoothies, small pasta and seasonings without salt are always available. Yoghurt and fresh milk are included for breakfast. In the event of there being few children, the chef will cook on request.
